Fair use means
- • Typical business usage for internal training, education, and knowledge management
- • Use by employees, customers, or business partners
- • No automated, scripted, or abusive access
Usage is considered not fair if it:
- • Causes disproportionate or sustained system load
- • Involves automated or scripted usage
- • Impacts service quality for other customers
- • Resembles public-facing or mass-distribution use cases
In such cases, VidiLex may apply reasonable measures, including temporary throttling, additional usage limits, or recommendations to upgrade. Where possible, customers will be notified in advance.
